'MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES' represented successfully a cleaning services company before the Administrative Court of Appeal of Athens. 

'MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES' represented successfully an Intermediate Body (ΙΒ) in a case concerning a control, carried out by the Financial Control Committee (EDEL), of a major project regarding a public work of EUR 18 million, according to which the eligibility of its expenditure and the legitimacy of its integration, as a co-financed project by the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF), had been questioned.

'MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES' represented successfully an Intermediate Body (ΙΒ) in a case concerning a systemic control carried out by the Financial Control Committee (EDEL), according to which, it was initially concluded that the controlled entity “partially functions”, calling into question its management proficiency and putting on hold the possibility of managing co-financed funds. 

'MICHALOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES' has successfully concluded the drafting of the Regulations of an e-Auction System and the set of relevant legal documents on behalf of the Chamber of Kilkis, the Greek-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki and the Greek- German Chamber of Commerce.
