The legal argumentation raised in the administrative appeal, as argued during the hearing session, has been accepted by the EDEL, which by virtue of the Final Audit Report has revised and improved the initial rating, holding as sufficient the justification for the eligibility of the project’s expenditure. Subsequently, the risk of project’s non-integration in the NSRF has been abolished.
SUCCESSFUL REPRESENTATION BEFORE THE FINANCIAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (EDEL) IN A CASE CONCERNING A MAJOR PROJECT
'MICHAILOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES' represented successfully an Intermediate Body (ΙΒ) in a case concerning a control, carried out by the Financial Control Committee (EDEL), of a major project regarding a public work of EUR 18 million, according to which the eligibility of its expenditure and the legitimacy of its integration, as a co-financed project by the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF), had been questioned.
