Mr. Gregorios Michailopoulos represented the ‘COASTAL ATTIC FRONT SA’ during the hearing of two applications for annulment before the Plenary Session of the Council of State. The two applications aimed at annulling the ministerial act by virtue of which real estate assets have been transferred by the Greek State to the ‘COASTAL ATTIC FRONT SA’.
